Former fast bowler and bowling coach at the National High Performance Center Muhammad Zahid is stuck in England.
Sources said that Mohammad Zahid could not join duty due to travel restrictions due to corona virus. Mohammad Zahid is a UK national and went to Birmingham with his family for a holiday last month but due to UK nationals travel to Pakistan Is in trouble.
In the absence of a bowling coach, young bowlers are training without a coach at the National High Performance Center.
In this regard, the PCB said that Mohammad Zahid was supposed to reach Lahore on January 17 but could not come due to travel restrictions of the UK National. Arrangements are being made to allow Mohammad Zahid to travel.
Earlier, PCB chairman Ehsan Mani and chief executive Wasim Khan also came to Pakistan with special permission.
