Decision to order import of 300,000 tonnes of wheat to meet domestic needs
KARACHI: The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) has decided to place an import order for 300,000 metric tonnes of wheat to meet the local demand for wheat.
According to Express News, the Trading Corporation of Pakistan has decided to place an import order for 300,000 metric tonnes of wheat to meet the local demand for wheat.
Speaking exclusively to Express News, TCP Chairman Riaz Memon said that TCP had received seven offers for wheat imports, out of which TCP had offered to supply wheat at the lowest price which was 332.44. The dollar per metric ton has been sent to the Economic Co-ordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet for approval.
