FPCCI can act as a bridge between commercial entities, says Mian Nasir Hayat
Mian Nasir Hayat Magun, President FPCCI discusses with Farmanullah Zircon CEO Balochistan Board of Investment and Trade (BBIT) FPCCI Head Office Karachi What He said that FPCCI could act as a bridge between BBIT and commercial enterprises in setting up various industries in Balochistan.
Apart from the question and answer session, the participants and the team of CEOs discussed the issue during the meeting. During the presentation by the CEO, BBIT, he said that the Balochistan Board of Investment is a local and foreign investment Working for cars to do business easily in the province.
BBIT was established in 2010 and is working in almost all sectors like minerals etc. where development economy is present.
For this purpose two economic zones are being set up in Balochistan and CEO, BBIT is the focal person for infrastructure such as electricity, etc. For this purpose NEPRA rules have been relaxed and now it Electricity can be generated through specific zones for the purpose. The CEO, BBIT, said that land would be provided through BBIT to traders interested in setting up the industry.
They have established a hub zone with two phases (Phase-I and Phase II). These industries can be set up on private, public and public private mode etc. At present 205 acres of land has been allotted for Hub Zone and 200 acres for Bosan Zone which is 20 km away from Quetta. It has been reported that SSGC has started laying pipes for gas infrastructure. When these zones are fully operational, we will be connected.
