The US dollar depreciated by 10 paise on Tuesday while the dollar remained stable in the open market. The euro also depreciated while the British pound remained mixed.
According to the Forex Association of Pakistan, the buying rate of US dollar in the interbank market fell by 10 paise from Rs 160.20 to Rs 160.10 yesterday and the selling price fell from Rs 160.25 to Rs 160.15 in the open currency market. The buying price remained stable at Rs 160 and the selling price remained stable at Rs 160.30.
In other currencies, the euro declined by Rs 1.20 to Rs 192 from Rs 193.20 and the selling price fell by Rs 1.70 to Rs 193.50 from Rs 195.20, while the British pound remained steady at Rs 218 and fell from Rs 220 to Rs 219.50. Done.
