Transforming ‘magnetic slime’ robot
London: Kids love to play with slime and now a robot has been created in exactly the same style that is both solid and liquid at the same time. This robot can change its shape and take on the most complex shape. With the help of this, various objects can be captured inside the body.
The day is not far away when with the help of this robot it will be possible to grab the swallowed objects by this robot and take them out of the body. The robot is also made of slime, thanks to which small metal beads were surrounded and captured. Interestingly, depending on the magnetic field, the robot can take different shapes and run in different directions. Even a part of it can be extended at any angle like the rise of thorns.
But this slime is made from a type of polymer, polyvinyl alcohol, sprayed with borax, neodymium and magnetic particles. Despite this, the robot is very flexible. From which various kinds of work can be done.
But still we can make it a robot by running it on our gestures. The neodymium particles in it can be some of the toxins that are placed deep inside the slime and sealed with silica to prevent it from escaping.
But what is the use of all this hard work? In the first stage, it can be used for medical purposes. If the child swallows something, the robot can also pull the object out of the throat under an external magnetic field. It can also be used in engineering and other fields.
