US Secretary of State arrives in Afghanistan on unannounced visit
KABUL: The US Secretary of State arrived in Afghanistan on an unannounced visit, where he met with the Afghan President.
Just hours after US President Biden announced the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken arrived in Kabul, where he met with President Ashraf Ghani and Abdullah Abdullah.
The foreign minister said the withdrawal of US troops would not weaken US-Afghan relations.
